A 50% DEPOSIT FOR ALL RESERVATIONS IS REQUIRED AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOMERS CAN APPLY THIS NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AGAINST A FUTURE RESERVATION. THE CLIENT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS AND GRATUITIES ABOVE THE ORIGINAL TRANSFERRED AMOUNT.

All night out and special events must have a valid credit card on file. Emails are sent to confirm all reservations along with all billing and invoicing if email address is provided at time of reservation.

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Checks are only accepted when given 2 weeks prior to the date of service. Weddings must be paid in full to insure a confirmed reservation.

Note: All rental charges paid by any credit card will appear on the customers statements as "Tewksbury Auto Repair".

Gratuity
Gratuity

A 20% gratuity is not included in wedding packages and corporate services. A minimum 20% gratuity is customary on all night outs and specials. If no gratuity is given, you will be charged accordingly.

Cancellations
Cancellations

All cancellations of online reservations must be handled through the customer service at 978-851-4875. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 days prior to the scheduled pick up time and must again be done through customer service. If a reservation is cancelled after this time, the full cost plus 20% gratuity (if not already included) will be charged to the credit card on file.

If you schedule a pick up and you leave the airport by any other means of transportation other that Tewksbury Limousine, the full fee plus 20% gratuity will be charged. Anyone who has not contacted us within 1 hour after their flight has landed will be considered a no show and will be charged accordingly.

Event Parking
Event Parking

The client is responsible for all parking fees at any event or venue that a reservation is being taken for. Many events or venues adjust these charges daily dependent on event demain. Give our customer service representatives a call and they can best advise you as to what these charges would be.

Other Charges
Other Charges

If the pickup/drop off destination is not local, additional travel charges (to/from Tewksbury Limousine office) may occur. These will be confirmed at the time of booking. Assume standard per hour rate for these extras. Extra time charges are paid for in cash unless prior arrangements are confirmed in advance

If a reservation is for 6 hours or more, at approximately one (1) hour prior to departure time the driver will contact the client to inform them of possible overcharges on rentals time and(or) to determine arrangements.
